The mission is simple yet ambitious: To connect and empower builders of AI-first growth teams, enabling them to achieve remarkable feats in their respective fields.
The last 5 years have taken me through all aspects of growth engineering. I caught the tailwind of bleeding edge developments by growth teams out of Airbnb, Facebook, Segment, Clearbit, and more. Each day presented a steep learning curve with endless possibilities to learn, build, and improve. As markets matured and saturated, so did the velocity of new ideas.
These past 12 months have completely changed that.
We’re in a new “evolve or die” world where the traditional growth playbooks, processes, and technology are being scrapped. Iteration is being replaced by innovation. This buzz is back in learning and challenging oneself. The speed of development is insane. Miss a week of updates on Twitter/X and you start to fall behind the curve.
